I’m a Brazilian Nutritionist with a deep passion for helping women feel good in their bodies—physically and emotionally.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and a specialization in Clinical Nutrition from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), two of the most prestigious universities in Brazil.
I’ve been working with clients since 2014, and from the very beginning, I’ve believed in being close to the people I support. That’s why I started by visiting clients in their homes, observing not just what was on their plates, but how they lived, how they felt, and what they truly needed. That experience gave me a front-row seat to some of the most powerful transformations—and it shaped who I am as a professional today.
In 2019, I moved to the United States. And in 2024, I created FIT4good, a weight loss program built on everything I’ve learned over a decade of helping women not only lose weight, but build sustainable habits and achieve results that last a lifetime.
I’m also a wife to my high school sweetheart, and a proud mom to a beautiful and curious little boy.
Motherhood changed everything for me—it made me more empathetic, more grounded, and even more connected to the women I work with.
My work goes far beyond calories and meal plans. It’s about helping women rebuild their relationship with food, understand their emotions, and learn to care for themselves with kindness—always guided by science.
Because health choices aren’t just opinions.
And nutrition isn’t just about food.
It’s about you—your story, your journey, your wholeness.
I believe that when you eat well, you live well, and when you live well, you become well—in body, mind, and spirit. My mission is to empower real people with real lives to build healthy habits they can actually stick to. No extremes, no shame, just science-backed strategies and genuine support for a fit life that lasts.
