About me

My name is Rebecca Coutinho. I am a Nutritionist, having graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). I am also a Nutrition Certified professional accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I have been providing nutrition services since 2014, visiting clients’ homes to closely observe their eating and living habits. This has allowed me to witness their profound transformations and collect stories that have brought me great joy and invaluable experience over the years.

I’m Brazilian and have been residing in the United States since 2019. I provide in-person services to clients in South Florida and offer online consultations to individuals from all other locations. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and together, we are proud parents of a beautiful and intelligent boy named Benjamin.

Motherhood has bestowed upon me a more empathetic perspective on life, shaping me into a better person and a more compassionate professional. My work extends beyond Food Reeducation and its impact on our health; it encompasses accepting the incredible and unique human beings that we are, understanding how our emotions are directly linked to our relationship with food.

Identifying the mistakes made in diet and routine, recognizing the causes of weight gain. This phase involves a deep investigation of the personal lifestyle, analyzing consumption items, dietary patterns, as well as measurements and biochemical exams.

Specifying each goal and immediate attention points that will make the most difference in the short, medium, and long term. During this phase, we'll practically outline what needs to be done throughout the program to achieve weight loss and other set goals, determining the Dietary Plan to be followed.

This is where the client will put into practice what was structured in the second step, with daily support to clarify doubts, real-time dietary assessment, immediate adjustment of common errors crucial for program success, monitoring of external and internal results, reassessment of goals and attention points, as well as the Dietary Plan.

Here is where the magic happens, and everything executed with planning, precision, and support takes shape to last a lifetime. We consolidate dietary and lifestyle habits, turning them into active parts of who you are and how you recognize yourself in your daily life. The principle of sustainability in implemented actions starts making sense here, and once they become part of your identity, you never go back to where you started.
